Excalibur 10 Tray Select Series Digital Dehydrator creates delicious dry foods and jerky. This dehydrator has ten interior racks to hold up to 16 square feet of different foods or enormous quantities of your most popular snack. Glass French doors allow you to view the drying process. The easy-to-use LED capacitive touch front panel can dehydrate foods at temperatures between 29.4°C and 73.9°C (85°F and 165°F degrees) with timers up to 30 hours. Dehydrate fruits, vegetables, nuts, meat for jerky, fruit puree for fruit roll-ups, proof bread or make homemade yogurt. The perfect snacks for you and your guests. Excalibur's patented Hyperwave technology and Parallex Horizontal Drying remove water from food with a continuous circulation of thermostatically controlled hot air, efficiently and user-friendly. Dishwashing is not recommended. To clean the trays and poly screen, simply hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and air dry.
